父母教养方式对瘦身倾向的影响:心理一致感的中介作用

Correlativity of Drive for Thinness,Parenting Style and Sense of Coherence Among College Fresh-women

目的：了解菏泽市大一女生瘦身倾向与父母教养方式及心理一致感的关系。方法：以2016年9月份入学的菏泽医学专科学校大一女生整群抽样1621人为研究对象,使用进食障碍问卷,心理一致感量表,父母教养方式评价量表进行施测。结果：BMI为（20.1±2.54）,体重过低（23.0%）,体重正常（61.3%）,超重（5.7%）,肥胖（0.9%）。瘦身倾向的比率为8.1%。父母教养方式里惩罚、严厉,过分干涉,拒绝、否认,过度保护与瘦身倾向呈显著正相关（r=0.085~0.193;P〈0.01）,而与心理一致感得分显著负相关（r=-0.221^-0.349;P〈0.01）,其中母亲过度保护、过度干涉显著预测瘦身倾向,而心理一致感在母亲过度保护、过度干涉与瘦身倾向中起部分中介作用,中介效应0.031。结论：大一女生中瘦身倾向比率有增加,母亲过度保护、过度干涉下的女生,更容易有瘦身倾向,而心理一致感可以作为进食障碍的保护因素。

Objective：To study the relationship of drive for thinness,parenting style and sense of coherence among college fresh-women in Heze.Methods：A total of 1621 fresh-women in Heze Medical College were assessed by Eating Disorder Inventory（EDI）,Sense of Coherence Scale（SOC-13）and Egna Minnenav Barndoms Uppfostran-own memories of parental rearing practices in childhood（EMBU）.Results：The average BMI was（20.1±2.54）,the low body weight’s proportion was 23.0%,normal body weight 61.3%,over body weight 5.7% and obesity 0.9%,8.1% freshwomen considered as drive for thinness;Parental strict,intervene,rejection and overprotection was positively correlated with drive for thinness（r=0.085~0.193;P〈0.01）,and negatively correlated to SOC（r=-0.221^-0.349;P〈0.01）;Maternal overprotection and intervene significantly predicted drive for thinness（P=0.001）;SOC served as a mediator between maternal overprotection,intervene and drive for thinness,the value of which was 0.031（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The girls who were more overprotected and intervened by their mothers have higher risk of drive for thinness;The SOC serves as a protect factor for the eating disorders.
