摘要 含电转气的电–气互联系统是解决我国弃风限电问题的有效途径,其可靠性评估是系统规划、运行的重要基础。因此,首先计及系统弃风现象,提出基于电转气装置和燃气机组的能流模型、考虑风电弃用的电/气/热负荷削减优化模型;其次,从系统和设备两个角度出发,建立电–气互联系统电力/气量/热力不足期望、弃风期望和电转气装置容量利用率等可靠性指标;再次,考虑元件故障、电/气/热负荷和风电功率的随机性因素,基于所建立的能流模型、负荷削减优化模型和可靠性指标,提出含电转气的电–气互联系统可靠性评估方法;最后,采用该方法在不同风电渗透率、电转气装置容量下,对IEEE14-NGS10电–气互联系统进行可靠性评估分析,仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。 Integrated electrical and natural-gas system with power-to-gas is an effective approach to solve the problem of abandoned wind power in the future. Its reliability evaluation is the basis of system planning and operation. Therefore, firstly, taking into account the phenomenon of wind power abandonment, this paper suggested an energy flow model based on power-to-gas device and gas turbine, plus an optimization model of electric/gas/heat load shedding considering abandoned wind power. Secondly, from the system and equipment perspective, this paper established reliability indexes such as expected electric/gas/heat demand not supplied, expected wind power abandoned and power-to-gas device capacity utilization. Then, based on the energy flow model and the optimization model of load shedding as well as the reliability indexes, this paper proposed a reliability evaluation method of the integrated electrical and natural-gas system with power-to-gas, considering the random factors of component failure, wind power and electric/gas/heat load. Finally, in different wind power penetration and capacity of power-to-gas device, the simulation results of IEEE14-NGS10 integrated electrical and natural-gas system verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
