摘要
综述了近年来光谱(包括分光光度法、荧光分析法、化学发光法、红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法)、色谱(包括薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法)、质谱(包括气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法)、电化学、免疫等现代分析技术在罂粟碱检测中的应用,并对其发展趋势进行了展望(引用文献93篇)。
A review on the application of modern analysis techniques, i. e. spectroscopy （including spectrophotometry, fluorescence analysis, chemilumineseence, infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy）,chromatography （including thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography and liquid chromatography）, mass spectrometry （including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry）, electrochemistry, immunoassay and so on in detection of papaverine recently was presented. Prospects on the trends of development in this field were also given （93 ref. cited）.
