蒸发罨包在婴儿湿疹治疗中的作用

The Efficacy of Vapour Compresses Treatment for Infant Eczema

目的观察和评价蒸发罨包在治疗婴儿湿疹中的作用,为其临床应用提供依据。方法选择门诊和住院湿疹患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用中药黄柏和生地榆蒸发罨包治疗,对照组采用中药黄柏和生地榆外洗治疗,疗程均为3天。结果治疗结束时,治疗组EASI评分(6.30±1.96)显著低于对照组(14.50±1.85);治疗组有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)。以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患儿均无严重不良反应。结论蒸发罨包治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效优于外洗组患儿的疗效,且安全性好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vapour compresses for infant eczema, in order to provide a rationale for its clinical use. Methods Sixty inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases per group. The treatment group was treated with herbal vapour compresses, while the control group was treated with herbal bath for 3 days. Results At the end of treatment, the EASI scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the controls（6.30±1.96 vs. 14.50±1.85,P〈0.01）. The effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the controls（96.67% vs. 73.33%,P〈0.01）. No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion The vapour compresses is safer and more effective than herbal bath.
