Sézary综合征1例

A Case of Sézary Syndrome

患者男,60岁。全身弥漫红斑8年,伴浅表淋巴结肿大,外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞升高,出现Sézary细胞,通过皮肤病理、外周血和骨髓流式细胞免疫分型以及基因重排,确诊为Sézary综合征,首次使用全身大功率UVA-1治疗,获得一定缓解。

A 60-year-old male patient presented with diffused erythemas for 8 years,accompanied by superficial lymph node enlargement,increase amount of peripheral white blood cells and lymphocyte counts, and appearance of Sézary cells. Skin biopsy,peripheral blood and bone marrow immune flow cytometry analysis and gene rearrangement confirmed the diagnosis of Sézary syndrome. We reported the diagnosis and treatment of our case, and first demonstrated that high-power UVA1 phototherapy could relieve this disease.
