摘要
患者男,47岁。全身多处丘疹、结节、脓肿9年。皮肤科情况:双侧腋下、腹部、腹股沟、臀部多发红色炎性结节,瘢痕,窦道,可见脓液及血性分泌物。诊断:毛囊闭锁三联征。予系统抗感染、局部清创、理疗等治疗10天,患者病情好转出院。
A 47-year-old male presented with papules,nodules,pustuleson the whole body for 9 years.Physical examination showed scars,sinuses,pus,blood in the bilateral axillae and on the trunk,groins,buttocks.The diagnosis was follicular occlusion triad. After systemically given anti-infection drugs, local debridement,and physiotherapy for 10 days, lesions were improved and patient was discharged.
