摘要
目的评价倍他米松联合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将确诊的63例斑秃患者,参照随机数字表法分为头皮梅花针叩刺组(A组32例)和对照组(B组31例),A组予梅花针叩刺联合外涂复方倍他米松及口服复方甘草酸苷、精乌胶囊治疗;B组予复方甘草酸苷配合精乌胶囊治疗,两组均15天为一疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。分别对两组治疗前后毛发镜评估、血浆P物质(SP)含量和不同时间段的临床有效率进行比较。结果毛发镜评估方面,治疗后A组与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后A组血浆SP含量为(11.57±2.06)pg/m L,B组为(17.62±2.54)pg/m L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1~3个月,A组有效率分别为46.88%,78.13%和87.50%,B组分别为25.81%,41.94%和67.74%;两组有效率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松联配合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃具有良好的临床疗效,安全性较高,副作用小,且与血浆SP含量变化呈负相关性。
Objective In order to evaluate efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with plum-blossom needle for alopecia areata. Methods Sixty three patients with alopecia areata were divided into the plum-blossom needle group(groupA=32)and controls(group B=31)using the random number table. The group A was given compound betamethasone, compound glycyrrhizin,Jingwu capsule and plum-blossom needle; The group B was given compound glycyrrhizin and Jingwu capsule alone.Both of the treatments last six successive courese, 15 days in each course. Features of hair scope and plasma substance P content were compared before and after treatment. In addition, therapeutic efficacy was compared between groups A and B at different time points. Results Results of hair scope showed patients in group A achieved a marked improvement compared with group B(P〈0.05).Following the treatment, plasma SP content was lower in group A than in group B [(11.57±2.06] pg/mL vs.(17.62±2.54)pg/mL, P〈0.05)]. Moreover, following 1,2 and 3 months of treatment, total effective rates in group A were also higher than that in group B(46.88% vs. 25.81% at 1 month,78.13%vs.41.94% at 2 months,and 87.50% vs.67.74% at 3 months, P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Utilization of compound betamethasone together with plum-blossom needle is effective and safe for alopecia areata, and its efficacy negatively correlates with plasma SP content.
