摘要
对两厂生产的注射用卡波铂,用二阶导数紫外分光光度法测定各种实验条件下卡波铂含量的变化。并用加速试验法预测有效期。结果表明水份的存在是影响其稳定性的主要因素,光线也有一定的影响。
The change in content of carboplatin for injection,produced bytwo factories,were determined under the different conditions by second orderderivative UV spectrophotometry.And their expiry dates were calculated usingthe accelerated test process.The results showed that the main factors influencingits stability were humidity,ultraviolet light and sun light.
