两级递进式面部悬吊线提升术的临床研究

The clinical study of double-step suspension line in face-lifting

目的探讨一种有效的面部悬吊线提升手术方法。方法对面部松垂的患者采用两级递进式面部悬吊提升,一级悬吊在SMAS浅层,二级悬吊在颞深筋膜;对鼻唇沟和口下颌沟较明显的患者,局部采用平滑线和螺旋线支撑。结果本组共127例患者,术后随访1~6个月。所有患者均有面部提升效果,鼻唇沟变浅,口下颌沟明显减轻,颧脂肪垫提升显著,下颌缘曲线流畅,效果满意。结论两级递进式面部悬吊线提升术创伤较小,恢复较快,效果较佳,患者满意。

Objective To explore an effective method for improving face lift operations with suspension line. Methods The double-step face lift method was adopted for patients with facial sagging. One was in the shallow layer of SMAS, and the second was in the deep temporal fascia. The smooth line and helix support were used in patients who had obvious nasolabial groove and mandibular groove.Results A total of 127 patients were followed up for 1 to 6 months postoperative. All patients had obvious face lift. The nasolabial groove was lighter, the mandibular groove was significantly reduced, the zygomatic fat pad was significantly improved, and the jaw edge curve was smooth.Conclusion The double-step facial lift method involves less trauma, provides a quick recovery, good efficacy and satisfactory results.
