可吸收锯齿线矫治轻中度鼻唇沟凹陷

Absorbable barbed thread in the correction of mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus

目的评价可吸收锯齿线矫治轻中度鼻唇沟凹陷的临床效果。方法自2016年3月至2017年1月,对32例轻中度鼻唇沟凹陷患者应用可吸收锯齿线矫治,观察其临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果本组共32例患者,28例对治疗效果满意,满意度为87.5%(28/32)。其中25例在术后早期出现局部红肿,经间断冰敷后缓解。无缝线外露、局部感染等严重并发症发生。结论可吸收锯齿线矫治轻中度鼻唇沟凹陷具有较好的效果,同时安全性较高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the correction of mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus with absorbable barbed thread. Methods From March 2016 to January 2017, 32 patients with mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus were treated by absorbable barbed thread. The clinical results and complications were observed. Results Of the 32 total cases, 28 patients were satisfied with the treatment. The rate of satisfaction was 87.5%. Twenty-five cases had swelling early after the procedure, which was released by icecompress.No infection, thread exposure, or other complications occurred. Conclusion Absorbable barbed thread lift is an effective and safe method for correcting mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus. It should be considered for clinical application.
