女性面部过敏性疾病患者的生活质量调查分析及对策

Investigation and analysis of the quality of life of female patients with facial allergic dermatosis

目的调查面部过敏性皮肤病对女性患者生活质量的影响程度。方法依照皮肤病瘙痒分级和皮肤病生活质量指数量表,对214例过敏性女性皮肤病患者和50例女性健康人群进行问卷调查。结果随着瘙痒程度的加重,患者的生活质量明显降低;在不同种类的皮肤病中,以激素依赖性皮炎对生活质量的影响最大,其次分别是慢性湿疹、敏感性皮肤、脂溢性皮炎。结论过敏性皮肤病明显影响患者的生活质量,且症状越重、病程越长,患者的生活质量越低。

Objective To investigate the influence of facial allergic dermatosis on the quality of life of female patients.Methods In accordance with Dermatology Life Quality Index（DLQI） scores, 214 female patients with facial allergic dermatosis and 50 healthy females were selected to complete the questionnaire. Results When itch was aggravated, the quality of life of patients decreased significantly. In different kinds of skin diseases, hormone-dependent dermatitis had the greatest impact on the quality of life. After this, the conditions most affecting quality of life were chronic eczema, sensitive skin, and seborrheic dermatitis. Conclusion Allergic dermatosis significantly affected the quality of life; the more severe the symptoms, the longer the course of the disease and the lower the quality of life.
