摘要 为实现对居民用户低电压的自动监测,文章提出了一种基于用电信息采集系统的解决方案。通过对窄带载波、2G通信环境的研究,立足于营销业务的实际需求,精简采集数据项,分时共享载波通道,扩充QGDW 1376.1通信协议,完成了居民用户4个典型时间点(7:00、11:00、15:00、19:00)电压的日采集,实现了对居民用户低电压全面、连续的自动监测,为配电运检部门解决居民用户低电压监测难的问题提供了一种有效手段,已在湖南省全面推广应用,取得了显著效果。 In order to realize the automatic monitoring of low voltage of residents, a solution based on the power user data acquisition system is proposed in this paper. Through the study of narrow band carrier and 2G communication environment, data acquisition items are streamlined, carrier channel is shared in specific time periods, and the QGDM 1376.1 communication protocol is expanded according to the actual demands of electric power marketing business. Then, daily sampling of the voltage of residential users at four typical user time(7:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00) is acquired and the automatic voltage monitoring of residential users of low voltage is achieved comprehensively and continuously, which provides an effective means to solve the problem of low voltage monitoring of residential for the power distribution inspection department. So far, the strategy has been promoted and put in application widely in Hunan province, and has achieved significant effects.
