摘要 随着变电站智能化进程的进一步加快,大量的生产和应用数据将不断产生与积累,变电站的管理难度随之加大,对于决策水平的要求也不断提高。文章将三维精准建模技术与三维GIS相结合,实现了对变电站的全景扫描及精准建模。并在此基础上建立了三维变电站辅助决策管理平台,从而实现了变电站精准建模与仿真、可视化分析、在线监测预警、智能化管理与辅助决策、应急预案指挥等功能,有效提升变电站辅助管理与决策水平。 With the further development of substation intelligent process, a large number of production and application data will be continuously generated and accumulated, accordingly the management of substation will become more difficult, and the requirement of decision-making level will continue to increase. This paper combines 3D precise modeling technology with 3D GIS to realize panoramic scanning and accurate modeling lbr substation. Based on the platform construction of decision- making and management of 3D substation, the precise modeling and simulation, visual analysis, online monitoring and early warning, intelligent management and decision making, emergency command and other functions of substation are realized, which can effectively improve the level of substation auxiliary management and decision making.
