摘要 针对山火灾害导致的输电线路跳闸停电事故频发问题,设计开发了山火灾害信息有效判识和快速共享的输电线路灾害信息综合展示系统。首先阐述了系统结构、功能模块划分、系统平台3个方面的具体设计,然后为提高山火判别的准确度,基于支持向量机(SVM)回归算法建立了动态判断阈值的函数。实际应用效果表明,该系统山火判别的准确度高,在灾害信息展示、共享以及信息的科学管理等方面可发挥重要作用。 In the light of the frequent occurrence of power failure accidents caused by mountain fire disaster, this paper designs a mountain fire disaster information integrated display system for transmission line that can realize the mountain fire disaster identification and quick inibrmation share. First, tile system architecture, function modules and the system platform design are illustrated in detail. Then, to improve the accuracy of mountain fire judgement, a dynamic threshold judgement function is proposed based oil the SVM regression algorithm. Finally, the practical application results show that tile system has high judgement accuracy, and can play an important role in disaster information display, sharing and management.
