苗医弩药针联合McKenzie疗法治疗颈型颈椎病临床随机对照研究

Clinical Randomized Controlled Trials of Miao Medical Crossbow Medicine Acupuncture Combined with McKenzie Therapy for Neck-type Cervical Spondylopathy

目的:观察苗医弩药针联合McKenzie疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将90例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为苗医弩药针组、McKenzie疗法组、苗医弩药针联合McKenzie疗法组(联合组)各30例,分别采用相应方法治疗,其中弩药针隔日1次,McKenzie疗法每日1次,三组患者均以10天为1个疗程,疗程间间隔3天,共治疗2个疗程,比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗2个疗程后,弩药针组、McKenzie组、联合组患者总有效率分别为80.00%、70.00%、93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)均较治疗前显著降低,且联合组患者降低程度显著优于弩药针组、McKenzie组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:两种疗法对颈型颈椎病均有积极的治疗作用,均能改善颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛症状,苗医弩药针联合McKenzie疗法的临床疗效优于单纯弩药针及McKenzie疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To Observe the clinical efficacy of Miao Medical Crossbow Medicine acupuncture combined with McKenzie Therapy in the treatment of Neck-type Cervical Spondylopathy. Methods ： Collected 90 cases of Neck-type Cervical Spondylosis pa tients were randomly divided into Miao medical crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy group, McKenzie therapy group, Miao Medical Crossbow Medicine acupuncture combined with McKenzie Therapy group（combined therapy group） each 30 cases; Miao medical crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy every other day,McKenzie therapy once a day, three groups are 10 days a course of treatment,interval of 3 days,a total of 2 courses of treatment. Results：After treatment for 2 courses, the clinical curative effect of Miao medical crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy group, McKenzie therapy group and Joint group was 80.00%, 70.00 % and 93.33% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The visual acuity （VAS） score, the present pain intensity （PPI） score and the pain rating index （PRI） of the three groups were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The difference between the combined group and Miao medical crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy group and McKenzie group was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Miao Medical Crossbow Medicine acupuncture, McKenzie Therapy and Combined therapy group have posi tive therapeutic effects and can improve the clinical pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis,but the clinical efficacy of combined thera py group is better than Miao medical crossbow medicine acupuncture or MeKenzie therapy.
