基于抗疲劳及耐缺氧活性的人参枸杞提取物补肾壮阳作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:基于抗疲劳及耐缺氧的活性研究和生化指标测定,探讨人参枸杞提取物的补肾壮阳作用。方法:将100只ICR雄性小鼠随机分为人参枸杞提取物高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组以及空白对照组,ig给药30天后,分别进行负重游泳和耐缺氧实验,并测定生化指标睾酮(T)和NO含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,人参枸杞提取物各剂量组小鼠负重游泳和常压耐缺氧时间延长,体内睾酮含量增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中剂量人参枸杞提取物可显著降低小鼠体内NO含量。与阳性对照组(肉苁蓉提取物)比较,中剂量组小鼠各项数据与阳性对照组相近,指标可达阳性对照组水平。中、高剂量人参枸杞提取物均可延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间和负重游泳时间,增加体内睾酮含量。结论:人参枸杞提取物可延缓疲劳和提高耐缺氧能力,具有一定的补肾壮阳作用。 Objective:Theexperiment is exploring the potential for reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang of Ginseng-Lycium Barbarum extract, based on the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effects. Methods: ICR male mice were divided randomly into five groups including high, medium, lowdose group, positive controlgroup and blank group, intragastricadministration for 30 days, biochemical index of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance weremeasured. Results : Compared with blank group and positive control group, all dose groups of Ginseng-Lycium Barbarum extract can prolongthe times of the load swimming and the endurance of inhibition hypoxia, the content of testosterone was remarkably increased and the contents of NO of high and mediumdose groupwere significantly decreased. The data of mediumdose group are close to positive controlgroup, the efficacy can be achieved as the positive controlgroup. Conclusion:Ginseng-Lycium Barbarum extract can resist emergence of fatigue and hashypoxia tolerance effect. The extract is potential for reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang.
