摘要
目的:采用高效液相指纹图谱,实现对板桥党参的产地鉴别。方法:采用超声法提取党参中党参炔苷等醇溶性成分,采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法,建立板桥党参的指纹图谱,结合相似度分析、主成分分析、判别分析进行鉴别。结果:利用相似度分析识别率为76.9%,采用主成分分析法可以将板桥党参和其他产地党参区分开来,所建立的判别分析模型稳定性良好,识别正确率为100%。结论:高效液相指纹图谱结合化学计量学分析,可用于板桥党参的有效识别。
Objective:To establish a fingerprint analytical method for Identification of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc. Methods: Lobetyolin and the alcohol-soluble extract in Codonopsis pilosulc were extracted by ultrasonic under alcohol conditon, separated by HPLC monitored by a UV-detector detector ,A HPLC fingerprints of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc was established. Similarity com- bined with principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis were used to compare and analyze Codonopsis pilosule in different localities. Results: Similarity analysis could achieve 76.9 % recognition rate,PCA could discriminate clearly Banqiao Codo nopsis pilosulc from other cultivation areas, At the same time a stable discrimination analysis model was established and achieved 100 % recognition rate. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprints combined with Chemometrics analysis could identify Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc from other localities.
