摘要
目的:研究云南含笑果实中的酚类成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备液相等色谱方法分离纯化,并应用核磁共振波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从云南含笑果实中分离得到5个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为:crassifolioside(1);parvifloroside A(2);松柏苷(3);紫丁香苷(4);松柏醛(5)。结论:化合物1~5均为首次从该植物中分离得到。所有化合物对MDA-MB-231(人乳腺癌细胞)、AGS(人胃癌细胞)、Hela(人宫颈癌细胞)肿瘤细胞均无明显细胞毒活性(IC_(50)>40μM)。
Objective : To study the Phenolic constituents from the fruits of Michelia yunnanensis . Methods : The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, sephadex LH 20, semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of these isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results:Five phenolic compounds were isolated and identified as crassifolioside(1), parvifloroside A (2) ,coniferin(3),syringin (4),coniferaldehyde(5). Conclusion: compounds 1 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. All the compounds showed weak cytotoxic activity against MDA-MB-231, AGS, Hela cell lines with IC50 values of more than 40μM.
