针刺结合隔药饼灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱疾病临床观察

Clinical Observation of theEffect of Spinal Cord Injury with Neurogenic Bladder Treated with Acupuncture and Cake Separated Moxibustion

目的:观察针刺结合隔药饼灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱的临床效果。方法:将患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予普通针刺治疗。治疗组采用针刺配合隔药饼灸治疗,操作:针刺得气后,留针30min,治疗4周为1个疗程;隔药饼灸,每天1次,治疗4周为1个疗程。通过检测治疗前后残余尿量评定两组综合疗效。结果:两组治疗后的残余尿量较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);且治疗组较对照组疗效更佳(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组治愈6例,显效8例,好转10例,无效6例;治疗组治愈12例,显效10例,好转6例,无效2例,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合隔药饼灸是治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱更有效、更可行的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of neurogenic bladder of spinal cord injury. Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The treatment group received acupuncture plus moxibustion therapy, operation： acupunctureat, needle 30min, 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Cake separated moxibustion, once a day, four times a course of treatment. The comprehensive therapeutic effect of two groups was assessed by the detection of residual urine volume before and after treatment. Results： the treatment group after treatment of two residual urine volume were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05） ; and the treatment group than in the normal group after the treatment effect is better （P〈 0.05）; the control group after treatment cured 6cases, effective 8 cases , improved 10 cases , invalid 6 cases , the treatment group cured 12 cases, effective 10 cases, improved 6 cases , invalid 2 case ;the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： acupuncture combined with moxibustion for treatment of neurogenic bladder in spinal cord injury is a more effective and feasible treatment method.
