髌周筋膜环扎联合空心钉张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

Treatment of comminuted patellar fracture by patella fascia cerclage and cannulated screws tension band

目的探讨髌周筋膜环扎联合空心钉张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法将47例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者分为两组:张力带组24例,采用髌周筋膜环扎联合空心钉张力带内固定;髌骨爪组23例,采用髌周筋膜环扎联合髌骨爪内固定。结果患者均获得随访,时间3~6个月。张力带组无并发症;髌骨爪组术后出现髌骨爪脱落并骨折移位2例,改行空心钉张力带内固定后骨折愈合。结论髌周筋膜环扎联合空心钉张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折操作简单,固定可靠,术后可早期膝关节功能锻炼。

Objective To investigate the effect of patella fascia cerclage combined with cannulated screw tension band for the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures. Methods The 47 cases of comminuted patellar fracture were divided into two groups ： 24 patients with patella fascia cerelage and cannulated screw tension band treatment ; 23 pa- tients with patella fascia cerclage and memory alloy patella claw. Results All patients were followed up for 3- 6 months. There was no complication in the tension band group, and there were 2 cases of patellar claw falling and frac- ture displacement in the patellar claw group, and the fracture got healing after the cannulated screw tension band fixa- tion. Conclusions The treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with cannulated screws tension band and patella fascia cerclage is simple and reliable, and knee joint early functional exercise can be trained.
