跟骨外侧延长L形切口锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨跟骨外侧延长L形切口锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的效果。方法对32例(34足)跟骨关节内骨折患者行跟骨外侧延长L形切口锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果 32例均获得随访,时间8~14(9.2±1.1)个月。未发生切口延迟愈合、皮瓣边缘坏死。骨折均愈合,时间12~24周。Gissane角由术前的65°~87°(72.5°±9.5°)恢复至113°~135°(120°±11°),B9hler角由术前的-8°~16°(6.2°±9.4°)恢复至20°~38°(24.5°±9.3°)。末次随访时,根据Maryland足功能评分标准评定疗效:优20足,良12足,中2足,优良率为94.1%。结论手术时机合适,骨折良好复位,跟骨外侧延长L形切口锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折可获得满意疗效。 Objective To investigate the treatment effect of the intra-articular calcaneal fractures with heel bone of the lateral extension L-shape incision and locking plate. Methods The lateral extension L-shape incision and locking plate internal fixation was used to treat 32 cases(34 feet) of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Results The 32 cases received follow-up time of 8 ~ 14(9. 2 ± 1. 1) months. No postoperative edge delayed healing of incision,skin flap necrosis occurred. Fractures were healed in 12 ~ 24 weeks. Gissane angles were restored from preoperative 65° ~87°(72. 5° ± 9. 5°) to postoperative 113° ~ 135°(120° ± 11°),B9 hler angles were restored from preoperative-8° ~ 16°(6. 2° ± 9. 4°) to postoperative 20° ~ 38°(24. 5° ± 9. 3°). At last follow-up,according to Maryland foot function criteria of curative effect: excellent 20 feet,good 12 feet,fair 2 feet,excellent-good rate was 94. 1%. Conclusions The right surgery time,good fracture reduction,heel bone lateral extension L-shape incision and locking plate can obtain satisfactory curative effect for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
