摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中细胞间粘附分子-1(intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)和淋巴管特异性标记物D2-40标记的淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density,LVD)表达与临床病理因素的关系。方法:选择2015年3月至2016年4月我院妇产科行手术切除的宫颈癌患者38例作为实验组,同时期年龄匹配行子宫手术的正常宫颈组织和宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)组织标本各30例作为对照。结果:3组病人一般基线资料比较没有明显差异(P>0.05);LVD和ICAM-1在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显高于正常宫颈和CIN组织中的表达(P<0.01)。宫颈癌中ICAM-1和LVD表达差异与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和国际妇产科联盟(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstentrics,FIGO)分期相关(P<0.05)。I CAM-1阳性表达的26例宫颈癌组织中的LVD值为(15.13±3.22),ICAM-1阴性表达组的12例宫颈癌组织中的LVD值为(9.85±2.48),两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.021,P=0.004)。结论:LVD和ICAM-1在宫颈癌中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,两者与宫颈癌的淋巴结转移关系紧密。
Objective:To investigate the expression of intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and the lymphatic vessel density(LVD)of D2-40 markers in cervical cancer tissues,and their relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods:From Mar 2015 to Apr 2016,38 patients with cervical cancers undergoing surgical excision in our hospital were enrolled as experimental group,while 30 samples of the normal cervical tissue and 30 samples of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)tissue from patients undergoing uterus operation in the same period,with age matched,were selected as the control group. Results:There was no significant difference in the baseline information among the three groups. The expression of LVD and ICAM-1 in normal cervical and CIN tissues were significantly lower than that in cervical cancer tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01). The differences in the expression of ICAM-1 and LVD in cervical cancers were correlated with the invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and FIGO staging.The LVD value in 26 cases of cervical cancers with ICAM-1 positive expression was(15.13±3.22),but in 12 cases of cervical cancers with negative expression,it was(9.85 ±2.48),and the difference was statistically significant(t =5.021,P =0.004). Conclusion:LVD and the expression of ICAM-1 in cervical cancers were significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues,and they were closely related with the lymph node metastasis of cervical cancers.
