The Research Overview of the Ryukyu's Status in Recent Years

近年来有关琉球地位研究受到国内学界越来越多的重视,也取得了一定成果。这些成果着重探讨琉球的主权归属问题,主要依托于国际法和历史学这两个学科进行专题研究,可以说这既是法律问题也是历史问题,具有丰富的学术价值和重要现实意义。在对现有成果系统梳理和综述的基础上,就进一步开展研究提出了若干思考,以期该专题研究能得到学界更多关注。

the study of Ryukyu＇ s status has attracted huge attention and and some results are obtained in recent years. These articles focus the sovereignty over the Ryukyu which is rely on the international law and history subject. Therefore,It is a Legal issue as well as a historical issue which has academic value and practical significance. This paper is trying to combing forefathers ＇research results,then puts forward my thoughts and opinions of the achievements that have been made and the problems that have existed in this course.
