以海绵理念为核心,通过跨尺度构建水生态基础设施,在充分收集和利用雨水的基础上,减少城乡建设对生态的影响。
Based on the concept of sponge and full collection and utilization of rainwater,the water ecological infrastructure at a large scale was constructed to reduce the impact of urban and rural construction on ecological system.
