摘要
珠状凝结相对于膜状凝结换热系数更高,设计一个蒸汽侧发生珠状凝结的换热器具有显著提高换热效率、减小换热面积以及降低成本的优势。首先论述了发生珠状凝结时的热量计算方法,然后分析了产生珠状凝结的结构特征和物理因素,最后对实现珠状凝结换热器的结构特点提出了设计设想。
Dropwise condensation has higher heat transfer coefficient than membrane condensation. Designing a heat exchanger with dropwise condensation on the steam side will significantly improve the efficiency of heat exchange, reduce the heat transfer area and reduce the cost. The calculation method of the heat in the process of dropwise condensation is discussed. The structural characteristics and physical factors that cause the dropwise condensation are then analyzed. The design assumption for the structural characteristics of the dropwise condensation heat exchanger is put forward.
