摘要
某100 MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环电厂项目中,在汽机整组启动过程中分别出现不同原因的真空打闸。基于事故表现特征和微机事件报文,对汽轮发电机瓦及轴颈损伤事故进行分析,提出系列损伤事故处理方案并进行整改,事故得到了最优化解决。
In a 100 MW gas-steam combined power plant project, different types of vacuum braking occur in the starting process of steam turbine. Based on the characteristics of the accident and the computer event message, the damage of the steam turbine generator tile and journal is analyzed. A series of damage accident treatments are put forward. After the rectification is carried out, the accident is optimally solved.
