摘要
随着现代农业的发展,机械化作业的方式也越来越广泛地应用于现代农业机械生产。如在采摘果实时,果实采摘机就很好地结合了现代机械水平。本文设计的该机械是一种新型、灵活、实用性强的机械手,其目的是为了解决人们无法采摘高处及危险区域的核桃时而创新设计的机械工具。该工具仿照人类手臂灵活的运动规律,设计成了果实机械手。该机械手结构简单,使用轻巧,使用起来操作方便,具有很好的结构性能;而且该机械手不仅应用了齿形剪刀,能够很好的采摘果实,而且还安装了传感器,能够自动地进行定位。该机构实用性强,具有很好地应用前景。
With the development of modem agriculture, the way of mechanized operation is more and more widely used in modem agricultural machinery production. When picking fruits, the fruit pickers combine well with the modem mechanical level. The machine designed is a new, flexible and practical manipulator. The purpose of designed innovative mechanical tool is to solve the problem that people can not pick up the high and dangerous are- as of walnut, and sometimes. The tool is designed to imitate the flexible movement of human arm, and it is designed as a fruit manipulator. The manipulator has the advantages of simple structure, easy use and convenient operation, and has good performance. This manipulator not only uses the tooth scissors which can pick fruit very well, but also fitted with sensors to automatically make location. The mechanism is practical and has a good application prospect.
