摘要
本文主要分析汽车转向系统中,转向机构的系数对于汽车运动状态、转向过程受力以及制造的加工成本三者的影响,考虑到研究结果的普遍性适应范围,本文对所涉及的参数赋予变量,通过对各种结果的综合分析结合实际情况求出在不同成本的情况下,转向机构的参数对汽车运动状态、转向过程受力的影响,为了简化计算,我们采用连杆机构对转向机构参数进行分析计算,根据假设建立理想化模型的条件进行计算再相继推演,求出转向机构参数的最优解,在计算过程中对误差进行修正,确保结果的准确可靠。
This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the coefficient of steering mechanism on the moving state of automobile, the force of steering process and the manufacturing cost in automobile steering system. Considering the universal adaptation of the study results, this article gives variables to the parameters involved. Through the comprehensive analysis of various results combined with the actual situation, the influence of the parameters of steering mechanism on the vehicle motion state and steering process force is obtained under different cost. In order to simplify the calculation, the paper adopts linkage mechanism to analyze and calculate the parameters of steering mechanism, calculate the conditions according to the assumption of establishing ideal model, and then deduce one by one, and get the optimal solution of steering mechanism parameters. In the calculation process, the error is cor- rected to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
