摘要
对环保型阻燃聚丙烯座椅的制备进行了研究,表征其燃烧性能及力学性能,分析阻燃剂、协效剂分散剂对聚丙烯材料的影响。经力学性能测试,拉伸强度达到24.5 MPa,断裂伸长率达到457.1%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度达到8.323 kJ/m^2。经GB8624-2012标准对座椅组件进行测试,THR_(5 min)=25 MJ,MHR_(max)=47 kW,最大烟密度15%,燃烧性能满足GB 8624-2012的B1级指标要求。
The preparation of environment friendly flame retardant polypropylene seat was ehanical property was e sludied.Combustion performance and Meharacterized to analyze the effect of flame retardanl and syner,getic dispersant agent on polypropylene. In this case tensile strength was 24.5 MPa, elongation at break was 457.1% and Notched lzod impact Strenffth was 8.323 kJ/m^2.According to GB8624-2012 the seat met the requirements of B1 grade combustion lest for the THR(5 min) was 25 MJ, the MHR(max) was 47 kW and the maximum smoke density was 15%.
