摘要
对电梯轿厢下沉原因进行探讨,并从电梯提升高度、额定载质量和钢丝绳直径、弹性模量、结构、强度、数量等方面分析了钢丝绳对电梯轿厢下沉的影响。通过实例计算,提出了减小高层电梯轿厢下沉量的主要措施:选用刚度系数高的弹簧、增加钢丝绳直径和数量、选择金属截面积大的钢芯钢丝绳。高层电梯轿厢下沉是系统综合因素共同作用的结果,钢丝绳只是其中一个重要因素。
The cause of the sinking of the elevator car is analyzed. The influence of wire rope on elevator car sinking is analyzed from aspects of lift height, rated load and wire rope diameter, elastic modulus, structure, strength and quantity. Through the calculation of example, the main measures to reduce the sinking of the high rise elevator car are put forward. By selecting spring with high stiffness coefficient, increasing the diameter and quantity of wire rope, and selecting steel cored wire rope with large sectional area. The sinking of the high rise elevator car is the result of the combined effect of the comprehensive factors of the system, and the wire rope is one of the important factors.
