摘要
多层股钢丝绳由多层股交互捻制而成,通常先用SK18/500成绳机生产出绳芯,再用SK18/610成绳机捻制外层钢丝绳股,才能生产出成品钢丝绳。针对这种分步生产工艺中存在生产效率低、质量控制难的问题,将SK18/500和SK18/610捻制设备组合在一起,使绳芯和成品钢丝绳一次捻制成型。这种组合式生产方式,采用减速箱分别控制SK18/500成绳机机身转速和SK18/610成绳机机身转速,实现多层股钢丝绳内外层股绳的捻距匹配,确保钢丝绳生产质量。给出传动示意图和减速箱档位速比及电气控制方式,并将成品钢丝绳捻距与理论值对比,结果满足工艺要求。
Multistorey wire rope is made of multi layer strands by interactively twisting. The rope core is produced by the SK18/500 rope forming machine, the outer layer steel wire rope is produced by the SK18/610 rope machine, Then finished wire rope can be produced. The process of step production has a problem of low production efficiency and difficult quality control. Combine the SK18/500 and SK18/610 twisting equipment to make the rope core and the finished wire rope in one twist, the combined production mode adopts the gearbox to control the speed of the SK18/500 ropes and the speed of the SKI8/610 ropes, so as to match the lay pitch between the inner and outer strands of the multiply steel wire rope and ensure the production quality of the wire rope. The driving schematic diagram, speed ratio of gear gear position and electric control method are given, and the comparison between the lay pitch of finished wire rope and theoretical value is tested. The result satisfied the technical requirements.
