摘要
通过对34CrNi1Mo钢锻件进行补焊,完成焊材的选择,焊接工艺、焊接规范的制定和验证,焊后入炉进行消氢处理,焊缝、热影响区硬度为290~300 HB,母材硬度为310 HB,用强度与硬度经验转换公式换算,焊缝强度达1 000MPa级别,符合设计要求。证明补焊方案可行,效果良好。
Through the repair welding for 34CrNil Mo steel forgings, complete the choice of welding materials, welding technology, welding specification to develop and validate, charging hydrogen elimination treatment after welding, the welding seam and heat affected zone hardness is 290 to 300 HB, material hardness is 310 HB, with strength and hardness transfor- mation formula to convert, weld strength is 1 000 MPa level, comply with the design requirements. It is proved that the welding scheme is feasible and effective.
