摘要
近年来,PM_(2.5)污染对2型糖尿病的影响成为新的关注点。本文首先以队列研究为基础,阐述了大气PM_(2.5)暴露对2型糖尿病发病率和死亡率的影响;其次,以人群为基础,综述了大气PM_(2.5)对2型糖尿病患者相关理化指标影响的研究成果;然后,以土地利用回归模型和卫星遥感技术为例,概述了大气PM_(2.5)的暴露评估方法 ;最后,提出了我国探索大气PM_(2.5)对2型糖尿病影响的研究局限性,特别是前瞻性队列研究的局限性,旨在为后续研究大气PM_(2.5)暴露对人群2型糖尿病的健康风险提供一些参考和依据。
In recent years,the impact of PM(2.5) on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) has become a new concern.In the present review,we firstly summarized the domestic and international cohort studies about the effects of PM(2.5) on the incidence and mortality of T2DM.Secondly,we discussed population-based studies on the variations of physical and chemical indicators among T2DM patients with PM(2.5) concentration.Thirdly,we took land-use regression model and satellite remote sensing as two examples to review PM(2.5) exposure assessment methods.Finally,we pointed out current research limitations in this field in China,especially on prospective cohort studies,aiming to provide an insight for further studies on the effects of PM(2.5) on T2DM.
