摘要
水泥基材料硬化是一个固态水泥颗粒与液态水相相互反应过程,因此孔溶液组成有助于研究水化产物及水化过程;通过对压榨法得到水泥净浆早期孔溶液,通过孔溶液组成分析,探讨蔗糖对水泥水化的影响;发现0.08%蔗糖仅对水化过程中诱导期影响较大,延长凝结时间,并使得诱导期孔溶液SO42-浓度降低,而Ca2+,p H有一定程度增加。
The hydration of cement produces solid phases in intimate contact with a pore system, and the composition of the pore solution can thus provide information about the hydration process.The pore solutions of cement pastes was obtained by extrusion method, and tested by ICP plasma spectroscopy.The composition of the pore solution and heat flow of hydration indicated that sucrose mainly had an influence on induction period of hydration process, and lengthen setting time.Reduction of SO4^2- concentration was simultaneous with an increase of Ca^2+ and pH during the induction period of hydration by addition of 0.08%wt sucrose.
