摘要
孔隙结构是混凝土的基本特征,与混凝土的宏观性能密切相关。通过气体吸附法试验,得到了机制砂混凝土孔隙结构的技术指标,研究分析了材料因素对机制砂混凝土孔隙结构的交互影响。研究表明:当水胶比固定时,降低水泥用量同时合理提高机制砂替代率,有利于优化混凝土的孔隙结构;合理增加机制砂或矿掺用量均可优化混凝土的孔隙结构,但二者之间存在一定的耦合负作用。
The pore structure is a basic characteristic of concrete, which is closely related to its macroscopic properties.Through the gas adsorption test, it obtained the technical index of manufactured sand concrete pore structure, and the influence of material factors on the pore structure of manufactured sand concrete was analyzed.The results showed that when the water cement ratio was fixed, reducing the cement dosage meanwhile improving the replacement rate of the manufactured sand reasonably would benefit the optimization of the pore structure of the concrete.The pore structure of concrete could be optimized by reasonable increase of the manufactured sand or mineral admixture,but there is a negative coupling between the two treatments.
