摘要 为了解再生大骨料对所浇试件的影响,对再生大骨料含水量对试件强度及表观质量的影响进行了深入的探究。以粒径为80~150 mm的废弃混凝土为再生大骨料,研究了再生大骨料在完全干燥和完全饱和两种含水条件下,对浇筑出的再生大骨料自密实混凝土试件的强度以及表观质量的影响。研究结果表明,在试件的浇筑过程中,自由水在一定程度上产生由下至上的运移,称其为抽水效应。废弃混凝土块在完全干燥的状态下,抽水效应强,将对试件外观产生不利影响,同时造成试件不同部分的强度发展不均匀;废弃混凝土块在完全饱和的状态下,抽水效应弱,外观的平整密实,试件强度发展均匀。 In order to understand the influence of big recycled aggregate on specimen,this work do a deeply research on effect of big recycled aggregate water content on the specimen's strength and surface.Use waste concrete with particle size of 80-150 mm as big recycle aggregate and then study the effect of big recycled aggregate on the specimen's strength and surface when it's in fully dry and moist state. Based on experiments,the effect of big recycled aggregate water content on the specimen's strength and surface were studied.The test data shows that free water always move from bottom to top during the period of pouting, it is called pumping effect.When waste concrete was dry completely,the pumping effect became strong and have negative effects on specimen' s strength and surface.On the contrary,the pumping effect became weak and have positive effects on specimen's strength and surface.
