精益生产对烤烟生产减工降本的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Lean Production to Decrease Costs in Flue-cured Tobacco Production

对传统烟叶生产和精益生产进行对比分析。结果表明,在基础设施完善、设备精良、规模化种植程度高的基地单元内,实行烟叶生产精益化管理、精益化生产,以合作社为载体,对烟农实行机械化作业、专业化服务,有效解决了传统烟叶生产粗放经营、费工费时、效率低、浪费大等问题,使烟叶生产以最少的投入获得最大的产出,消除无效劳动和浪费,达到了减工降本、提质增效的目的,有利于烟叶生产持续稳定健康发展。

Comparative test between traditional tobacco production and lean production was conducted. The results showed that in the base unit with perfect infrastructure, well-equipped and large-scale cultivation, the lean management of tobacco production, lean production and cooperatives as carrier, implement mechanized operation and professional service for tobacco farmers, the problems of extensive operation, time-consuming and labor- intensive, low efficiency and large waste of traditional tobacco production were effectively solved, so that the tobacco leaves could get the maximum output with the least investment and eliminate ineffective labor and waste, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and reducing costs, improve quality and efficiency, final realized the sustained, steady and healthy development of tobacco production.
