摘要 数控直流稳压电源以AT89C52为主控制电路,以键盘和1602液晶为显示模块,采用TLV5618完成D/A转换,由μA741及MOS IRF630MF电路实现调压、稳压。与传统稳压电源相比,具有结构简单、成本低、操作方便、电压稳定度高、电压调节范围宽等诸多优点。 Setting AT89C52 as the main control circuit in the design, and using keyboard and 1602 LCD as display module, using TLV5618 to realize D/A conversion, and voltage regulation and steady voltage are realized by using μA741 MOS IKF630MF circuits. Compared with the traditional regulated power supply, the design has many advantages, such as simple structure, low cost, convenient operation and high voltage stability and the wide range of voltage regulation.
