摘要
百里香是全球著名香料植物,其化学成分主要是精油类、黄酮类及其它成分,提取物具有抗氧化、防腐、杀菌、抗炎、抗癌及提高机体免疫力等多种作用,目前广泛应用于中药治疗、食品保健日化工业、生态保持等方面。深入研究百里香的成分功效和作用机理,对开发多样百里香产品,拓宽百里香应用范围,提高百里香应用价值有重要意义,可为切实服务产地经济发展提供参考和依据。
The main chemical compositions of Thymus mongolicus, well-known spice plants, are essential oils and flavonoids. The extract of Thymus mongolicus has antioxidative, anticorrosive, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and immunity enhanced effects. It is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine treatment, food health, daily chemical industry, ecological conservation. Further study on the effects and mechanisms of its components is very important in developing diverse products and expanding application range and value of Thymus mongolicus. It will provide reference and basis for the economic development of origin areas.
