认知行为干预运用于癌痛患者中对疼痛控制障碍、服药及自我效能感的影响

Effects of cognitive behavior intervention on pain control disorder,drug administration and self-efficacy feeling of patients with cancer pain

目的研究认知行为干预运用于癌痛患者中对疼痛控制障碍、服药及自我效能感的影响效果。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月收治的癌痛患者84例,随机分为2组,每组42例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行认知行为干预,对比2组疼痛控制障碍评分、服药情况、自我效能感评分。结果观察组疼痛控制障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组按时服药率高于对照组,疼痛时服药率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛管理自我效能感、躯体功能自我效能感、症状应对自我效能感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预应用于癌痛患者效果显著,可有效减少患者疼痛控制障碍,改善服药情况,提高自我效能感,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive behavior intervention on pain control disorder,drug administration and self-efficacy feeling of patients with cancer pain. Methods Eighty-four patients with cancer pain who were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： with 42 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in observation group were treated by cognitive behavior intervention. The scores of pain control disorder, drug administration status and self-efficacy feeling were observed and compared between two groups. Results The scores of pain control disorder in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The on time drug administration rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,however,the drug administration rate on pain time in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of painning management,physical function self-efficacy,symptom replying self-efficacy feeling in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention has obvoous effects on cancer pain,which can effectively reduce the pain control disorder,improve drug administration status and improve the self-efficacy feeling,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
