王祖龙治疗弱精子症辨证规律分析

Analysis on the regularity of Treatment of Asthenospermia by Professor WANG Zu-long

目的:分析总结王祖龙教授治疗弱精子症的辨证规律,为弱精子症辨证提供临床数据。方法:收集王祖龙教授在男科门诊辨治弱精子症患者486例,采用频数、频率和指标聚类分析方法进行分析研究,总结出临床常见的中医证型。结果:34种症状出现频率>10%,聚类分析法将症状分为肾虚湿热型、肾虚血瘀型、脾肾两虚型、肝郁肾虚型、肾阳亏虚型、肝肾阴虚型6大证型。结论:肾虚湿热型、肾虚血瘀型、脾肾两虚型、肝郁肾虚型、肾阳亏虚型、肝肾阴虚型6大证型是王祖龙教授门诊常见的弱精子症证型。

Objective： Analysis of Professor WANG Zu-long treatment of asthenospermia differentiation,to provide clinical data for the asthenospermia differentiation. Methods： Couecting 486 patients of asthenospermia treating by Professor WANG Zu-long in andrology clinic,then analyzing these cases by the analytical method of frequency,frequency and index clustering analysis,finally summed up the common clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese Medicine. Results： The frequency of the 34 symptoms were 10%. The cluster analysis method divided the symptoms into Kidney deficiency and damp heat type,Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,Deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,Stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency type,Deficiency of kidney Yang type and Deficiency of liver and kidney Yin type. Conclusion： These 6 symptoms of Kidney deficiency and damp heat type,Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,Deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,Stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency type,Deficiency of kidney Yang type and Deficiency of liver and kidney Yin type,are the most common forms of asthenospermia differentiation in Professor WANG Zu-long＇s clinic.
