Evolving Track of Forty-year Rural Reform and Its New Era and New Journey

我国四十年的农村改革历史进程可以通过七个重要时间节点来系统考察,农业农村各要素均发生深刻变革,农民由社会身份向职业身份演化,农业呈现出现代与传统交织的转型特征,农村的消亡、合并、转型、复兴持续上演。当前的"三农"依然面临农业的"四面埋伏"、农产品安全的考验、农民工的城乡徘徊、农村深度转变中的现伴生性问题等现实课题。未来中国农村要在党的十九大提出的"乡村振兴战略"的引领下,以培育现代产业新形态、挖掘农民增收新空间、构建乡村治理体系、重建乡村文明为着力点,开启农业农村发展新征程。

The process of four - year rural reform has been systematically investigated from the seven unusual periods. Agricultural rural various factors have a deep transformation; peasants have changed their identity into professional identity; agriculture has taken on a feature of the integration of modern and tradition; some phenomena appear： rural disappearance, coordination, transition, renaissance. The 19th CPC national congress put forward ＂the strategy of rural revitalization＂ to develop the new form of modern agriculture, explore new space of peasants＇ income, construct rural governing system, rebuild rural civilization and start a new journey of the development of agriculture rural areas.
