The rapid development and the continuous improvement of market economy puts forward the higher social demand and more intense competition for talents. The contemporary college graduates are facing multiple pressures and the employment problem has become a more important social problem in today＇s society. In order to make the college graduates give full play to their own talents after going out of the campus into the community,it becomes an important work content of personnel training in colleges and universities to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college graduates.
