摘要
收集2006—2016年近十年关于小学全科教师的研究文献,力图对近十年小学全科教师的研究作一个系统的全面的文献综述。研究对象是小学全科教师,从小学全科教师的内涵、必要性、培养路径、研究述评四个方面进行分析,总结我国小学全科教师在理论和实践方面存在的问题,并提出今后小学全科教师可能的研究方向。
This paper collects the research literature of the general-subject primary school teachers from 2006 to 2016,and attempts to make a comprehensive literature review on the study of the general-subject primary school teachers in the past ten years.The research objection of this article is the general-subject primary school teachers. This paper analyzes the connotation,necessity,training path and development trend of the general-subject primary school teachers,summarizes the problems existing in the theory and practice of the general-subject primary school teachers in China,and puts forward some possible directions for the general-subject primary school teachers to develop in the future.
