硅酮密封胶的密封与粘结质量直接影响建筑幕墙的安全与使用性能,对既有幕墙硅酮密封胶的服役状态进行检测与鉴定非常有必要。本文归纳了既有建筑幕墙硅酮密封胶的现场检测内容及注意事项,分析了现场检测过程中硅酮结构密封胶的常见问题,并部分给出了原因与检测方法。

Sealing and bonding quality of silicone sealant directly affect the safety and use performance of building walls, so service status testing and identification of the existing curtain wall sealant are necessary. This article summarizes silicone sealant on-site testing contents and precautions for existing building curtain walls, analyses common problems of silicone structural sealant during on-site testing, and partly gives the reasons and test methods.
