摘要
装配式建筑住宅结构体系中,预制夹心保温外墙体系因预制构件种类更齐全、类型更复杂、拼缝更多,建筑立面多样等因素,成为装配式建筑防水密封技术上的难题。本文根据装配式建筑的特点,从外墙、阳台、窗等方面研究探讨预制夹心外墙细部节点的防水密封处理。
In the assembled buihting residential stnlcture system, due to the more complete types, complex types, and patchwork of prefabricated components, as well as diverse lmilding facades, prefabricated sandwich exterior insulation wall becomes a technical problem when waterproofing and sealing. According to the characteristics of the assembled building, this paper studies the waterproofing and sealing technology of details from external wails, balconies and windows.
