摘要
以高速公路桥梁防撞墙马蹄防护为例,从病害原因、发展趋势分析得出氯离子侵蚀是混凝土表面松散脱落的主要原因,提出了采用防水防腐涂料的防护方案,简述了施工流程,并通过模拟试验和现场应用进行了效果评估,结论为该防水防腐涂料确实能够起到防护作用。
Based on horseshoe protection of bridge crash wall in freeway bridges, it is concluded that chloride ion erosion is the main reason for the loose of concrete surface from analysis of disease causes and development trend. This article puts forwards the application of waterproofing and anti-corrosion coating protection program, briefs construction process and evaluates application effects through simulation testing and field applications. The results show that the waterproofing anti- corrosion coatings can indeed play a protective role.
