结肠癌甲状腺转移1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,75岁,因＂发现CEA升高1个月。＂于2014年3月4日入院。2014年3月5日行肠镜检查发现结肠占位,活检病理示腺癌。2014年3月11日行结肠癌根治术（右半结肠切除）,术后病理：（部分结肠＋部分小肠）中分化腺癌（位于回盲瓣,溃疡型,4cm×3cm×0.8cm,图1a见封二）,侵透肌层达肠周脂肪组织,并形成癌结节（1枚,
