固体施胶剂在瓦楞纸表面施胶中的应用

对固体施胶剂的配方进行优化,得出了最佳的固体施胶剂配方。固体胶的主要成分是AKD,随着AKD用量的增加,固体胶对瓦楞纸的施胶效果逐渐增加,硫酸亚铁与硫酸铝都能促进固体胶的施胶效果,当三者比例为1∶1∶4时,抗水性能够达到20g/m^2以下,具有良好的施胶效果。

In this study, a formula for a solid sizing agent was optimized. The main ingredient in solid sizing agent is AKD. The sizing effect steadily increases as the dosage of AKD increases. Both ferrous sulfate and aluminium sulphate can accelerate the sizing effect, with the better water resistant performance obtained at the water absorption capacity less than 20 g/m^2 when the ratio of the three components is 1：1：4.
