摘要 针对双乙类粉料传输过程中存在的劳动强度大、生产效率低、自动化程度低等缺陷,在分析双乙类粉料生产工艺流程的基础上,设计了基于PLC的双乙类粉料自动传输控制系统。系统以PLC作为主控制器,以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,PLC通过接收传感器检测信号,运行相应的指令程序驱动气缸动作,实现自动卸料,并通过RS-485与变频器组件相连,实现粉料传输速度的调节。该系统已投入工厂使用。试验结果表明:该系统性能稳定,自动化程度高,提高了生产效率。 For acetoacetanilide powder transmission process existing some deficiencies,such as high labor intensity,low pro-duction efficiencies,low degree of automation and so on,the automatic transmission control system for acetoacetanilide powderbased on PLC was designed by analyzing the production process of acetoacetanilide powder.The control system used PLC as themain controller,and used a touch screen as the human interface.PLC can achieve automatic unloading by receiving the sensor sig-nal to run the relevant instruction repertoire to drive the cylinder,and it can be connected with frequency changers through RS-485 so that the control system can adjust the transmission rate.The system has been applied in the practical application of indus-try.Application effect shows that the system is stable and has high degree of automation,thus improving production efficiency.
